Military

The Military is challenged by unique construction obstacles that differ from the typical issues faced in the traditional construction industry. Whether it is on a frontline base in a conflict zone or in a domestic base back home, fast deployment of a structure that is strong, durable and requires minimal maintenance is a necessity. InnoVida's proprietary technology is able to address this challenge to perfection. These are some of the advantages the InnoVida's solution for military uses has over conventional construction:
  • Fast Deployment - We are able to deliver finished structures in 1/3 of the time when compared with conventional construction.
  • Lightweight - Innovida's Fiber Composite Panels (FCPs) are so light that there is no need for overhead cranes or heavy machinery. This obviously simplifies military logistics in difficult locations and even allows alternative delivery options such as delivery by helicopter or cargo plane.
  • Energy Efficient - Due to its high R-Value (5.65 per inch), Innovida's FCPs are very energy efficient and act as a thermal barrier in the most severe weather climates. Also, the insulation core provides excellent noise reduction. Standard panel thickness is 2.5" & 4".
  • Strong - Innovida's FCP provides security to the soldiers by reducing the possibility of injury from shrapnel or debris.
  • Healthy - InnoVida's FCPs result in dry, comfortable and healthy living quarters, improving soldier morale.
  • Easy - The construction can be performed by people without specific background in construction so the Army can utilize its own soldiers for the construction work.
  • Versatile - Composite materials have the ability to be reinforced with layers of different types of material to make our panels bulletproof and to comply with progressive collapse & blast provisions if required.
  • Fire Resistance - InnoVida's FCPs are fire resistant. Innovida has performed tests showing that the product can withstand direct flame.
