"InnoVida Panels" are a better alternative to traditional construction materials because the InnoVida Panels have a better strength to weight ration than traditional materials. Our Panels can be used for construction of regular homes, buildings, warehouses as well as floating platforms for homes or offices.


InnoVidaResin Panels create totally new options for lightweight structures that possess better properties than steel structures, from several perspectives.

  • It allows for structures up to 12m high (3 stories) without the need for columns, foundation, or roof structure.
  • An InnoVidaResin Panel and the innovida bonding material are water proof and resistant to the detrimental effects of algae, fungicides, water, and osmosis. This makes our houses ideal for flood prone areas.
  • It exhibits a high level of chemical stability against salt water and fuels, has a high tensile strength, is lightweight, self-supporting, and inflammable (class B1).
  • Its heat insulation parameter, ? = 0.040 W/mK, not only exceeds the value for conventional homes, but it surpasses Germany’s low-energy standard. Our tests show a loss or a gain of 3°C of unaided in-room temperatures over a 6 hour period.
  • The material has a high deflection capacity, 20% before it reaches its breaking point; the monolithic construction (all panels are joined by gluing) makes our construction principle ideal to withstand earthquakes.

  • Its acoustic absorption index is 28 dB.
  • The material can be customized by painting it on the inside or outside. Panel dimensions and load can be produced according to architectural and engineering design.

  • Outer walls can be secured against break-ins and vandalism.

  • InnoVidaResin Panels have an extremely long useful life since they do not age per se.
  • The surfaces can be handled to meet specific customer requirements, such as anti-bacterial treatments for the health care sector.
  • Polyurethane (PU), the insulation material of our panels is a poorly inflammable material and needs great air volumes (approximately 150 times its own volume) for fire to destroy it completely. Therefore, when confined, it cannot burn. Additionally, the F quality of expanded polystyrene used by InnoVida is auto extinguishable according to the DIN norms, so that material avoids the tendency from the beginning of combustion.
