Innovida's Century House designs are Medium Class Affordable homes.
Century houses come in floor plans of over 100 m². As such, they address the lower price segment for residences in industrialized countries - while offering 100 revolutionary ideas for modern living.
Century houses reflect features typical for the area, and can be built extremely fast. The total construction period, starting with ground leveling through to occupancy, is only two to three weeks. Since the foundation is part of the package, costly pouring of concrete is also eliminated.
Different versions, typical of the local architecture for various countries, will be developed and set up in model communities.
